Delivery

• Free UK delivery on orders over £20.00. Below that, delivery is £2.99 (£3.99 for orders under £10.00). The charge is shown in your basket before you pay. UK addresses only.
• We aim to dispatch within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees; if we can't meet them we'll tell you.
• Where we send a tracking number, you'll receive it by email.
• If nobody is in, the courier will usually leave a card or try again. Parcels returned to us undelivered because of a wrong address or not being collected may be re-sent at your cost, or refunded less the delivery cost.
• If a parcel arrives damaged, please tell us within 48 hours with photos (see Returns).
